Q.Do you sell underlay and accessories?

A. Yes! We stock a range of underlays and accessories to suit every room and budget for all your flooring needs.

Q. Do you provide a fitting services?

A. Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our fitting service team. Our trusted fitters are available Mon-Fri to fit carpet and vinyl, unfortunately LVT is supply only for now but we are actively seeking a reputable fitter.

Q. Can I take Samples home?

A. Yes! You’re welcome to borrow samples to see how they look in your space/lighting before deciding. We understand that colours can look different in a new setting, therefore we often encourage you to take it home first.

Q. How long does fitting take after ordering?

A. It depends on stock availability, but well always try to fit you in within a 2 week time scale.

Ask in store for further details and up to date turn around times.

Q. Can I just walk in or do I need an appointment?

A. Your welcome to walk in during opening hours, but appointments are always handy to book if you require to speak a specific member of our team in person!

Q. Do you stock off-cuts/ end of rolls?

A. We do! Our end of rolls and off cuts are always in rotation and work on a first come first served basis. For our customers we offer a free delivery service if your vehicle is too small to take it away with you.

Q. Do you cover holiday homes and caravans?

A. We do indeed! We often supply and fit holiday homes, though caravans we are a bit more specific with. We don’t mind gibing you a visit to see the job before taking it on!

Q. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

A. All prices we quote include VAT. We are fully VAT registered, so there are no hidden costs.
